Main responsible person for the promotion, design, financing, construction and operation of the three most important cement plants in Peru: Cementos Lima S.A., Cemento Andino S.A. and Cementos Norte Pacasmayo S.A.

Joined ARPL in 1979, responsible for assembly and operation
of the ARPL laboratory. Project technical Manager of several
projects such as: the Conchan Pier, Coal Processing Plant,
GEA Diesel Power Plant. Responsible for the recent Plant Expansion
of cemento Andino and Cementos Lima. Member of the Board of
Cementos Lima, CELEPSA, ASOCEM and Pacifico Seguros (one of
the largest Insurance Companies in Peru). Chairman of the
board of Asociacion Atocongo (Social Responsibility Branch
of Cementos Lima).
Marcelo Rizo Patron De la Piedra Managing Director
Mechanical Engineer, Bachelor of Science from Notre Dame University,
Indiana, USA and Master of Science from Georgia Institute
of Technology, USA. Joined ARPL in the area of project administration,
organization and finance. Also specialized in concrete operations
and related industries. Chairman of the board of Union de
Concreteras (UNICON) (Largest Ready Mix operation in Peru),
Member of the board of Cementos Lima, Cemento Andino and CELEPSA.
Jaime Sotomayor Bernós Managing Director
Mechanical Enginner from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru and Master of Science from Columbia University, New York, USA. MBA Escuela de Administracion de Negocios para Graduados (ESAN) Lima, Peru. With previous experience in the industrial, mining and banking areas, joined ARPL in 1986. In 1991 took the position of Project Technical Manager. Participated in the Cementos Lima latest expansion project and recently responsible for the construction of the 8.2 Km. long pipe Belt conveyor Atocongo-Conchan Project.
He is the Peruvian representative for the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME International) in New York, USA. Member of the board of Cementos Lima and CELEPSA.

Pedro Lerner Rizo Patron Managing Director
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru, Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and in Technology and Policy from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, MA, USA.
Specialized in simulation of dynamic systems and deregulation of the electricity market in the United States. Joined ARPL in 1993, with the responsibility of analyzing the evolution of the Peruvian electrical energy market, supervising the hydrological data for land irrigation studies and the simulation of conservation systems and flood control for the Platanal Hydroelectric Project.
María Elena Rizo Patrón – Director
Graduated from Universidad del Pacífico, in Lima-Perú in Business Administration. She worked in the Nestle Peru Company for four years, integrating ARPL in the year 1995. She is specialized in Marketing, project evaluation and management and control.
